How to Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to permanently delete your My GlobeIr account, please follow the process outlined below.
Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, you will need to submit a deletion request through one of the following channels:
Option 1 — Contact Support via Email Send an email to contact@globeir.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request" Please include your registered email address, full name, and the organization you are associated with so we can locate and verify your account.
Option 2 — Contact Your Admin or Supervisor If your account was created or managed by your organization, please reach out directly to your Admin or Supervisor. They have the ability to initiate the account deletion process on your behalf through the management portal.
What Happens After Deletion
Once your account deletion request is verified and processed:
Your account and login credentials will be permanently removed
All personal data associated with your account will be deleted from our systems
Any locally collected field data, routes, and layers tied to your account will no longer be accessible
This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days of verification.
